I am currently an Electrical Engineer 2 at Black & Veatch participating in their EDGE Rotational Program. For my first rotation, I worked in Substation Design Engineering on the FirstEnergy Client team. In January of 2024, I rotated into a new role designing power solutions for Water and Wastewater treatment plants.Later on in my career, I would like to learn more about Substation System Protection and Renewable Power Generation. I attended Missouri S&T and graduated in December 2022 and graduated with a B.S in electrical engineering. I have experience working for Black & Veatch, Ameren, and Ultrax Aerospace where I’ve learned about substation design, the power grid, and electronics manufacturing. I passed the FE in January 2024 and am working towards earning a PE license.
