Technical lead of a set of Java/Spring web applications used by postmasters and mail carriers to administer route and payroll activities for mail carriers nationwide. At times, I performed a dual-role, also taking on scrum master responsibilities for the same team. I worked with a delivery operations business customer to brainstorm and plan direction of new features, fine-tune requirements, lead team planning, and work with programmers to implement requirements via pair programming and individual work, and roll out new product releases.I was an early adopter and persistent practitioner of Test-Driven Design/Development. My small development team was selected to be the pilot Agile Scrum team for all of USPS.
