Ross is an active entrepreneur, property expert and passionate business owner. Ross began his property career in 2006 and resigned from his role as an Associate Director of national valuations and advisory firm m3property in 2015. Currently Ross is a Director of several hospitality businesses and continues his interest in property through investments. Nokturnl Events is a national festival and event company he co-founded in 2009. Nokturnl Events is most notable for its production of Oktoberfest in the Gardens, Australia’s largest touring cultural festival, held in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. In 2018 Nokturnl purchased 92 South Terrace, Fremantle and began the development of The Old Synagogue. The hospitality precinct comprises 4 unique venues. The Arbor a multi-level beer and wine garden, Mr Chapple an all-day breakfast, craft beer and wine bar, L’Chaim a hidden old world themed speakeasy and Tonic & Ginger a modern South-East Asian restaurant located within the historic Fremantle Synagogue building. Following The Old Synagogue, Nokturnl has gone on to complete several other multi venue hospitality precincts with The Beaufort opening in 2022, The Station opening in 2023 and Stories opening in 2024.Nokturnl are now looking for further opportunities to expand his hospitality and property interests. Ross is a graduate of Curtin University and holds a B.Com. in Accounting & Property as well as a Grad Cert. in Property Valuation.
