I am a lead member of the budget team responsible for managing a $1+ billion dollar budget for an NYC high rise construction project. My responsibilities include utilizing SAP budget software to input change order costs into the budget, create budget reports and analyze spending trends of the project. Additionally I coordinate with subcontractors to prepare and submit change order estimate costs to an owner representative and determine proper fund allocations to cover these additional costs.In addition to my budget team responsibilities, I am also a member of the fitout team and the lead engineer responsible for managing and coordinating the Resilient Flooring subcontractor on the job. I also am the assisting Engineer managing and coordinating the Temporary Carpentry and subsequent Temporary Demolition subcontractors.

I worked on site as part of a general contracting team remodeling a retail store in The Mall at Short Hills. Wrote and submitted RFI's and submittals to the architectural team on site, as well as ran foreman meetings to coordinate field work with subcontractors. I also created two-week "look ahead" schedules and maintained punch lists to ensure work was complete as per the overall construction schedule

Rockville, Maryland

Worked on site as part of a project management team construction a 31-story high-rise office headquarters in McLean, VA. I wrote and submitted RFI's and submittals to the architectural team on site, as well as created and maintained punch lists to keep track of subcontractors' progress. I also completed quality control walks of newly installed curtain wall units to record any damages.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

Performed field testing of concrete and assisted with conducting on-site inspections and observations. I also monitored and ensured the correction of non-conforming work and maintained records of all site inspections and observations. Additionally, I assisted the project manager in creating quality assurance reports and logged all backup data, including photographs and completed daily report forms.
