Throughout the course of my career I have perfected my leadership, mentoring, safety management, documenting and reporting abilities. I am confident in reporting to senior management. I have a passion for health and Safety and my experience gives an excellent aptitude to recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures to increase health and safety awareness while lowering issues and instances.  I understand and appreciate the importance of upholding the highest standard and also recognising that work still needs to be completed by the utilising of risk analysis and mitigation.In my previous role I was responsible for up to 30 crews at a time across the Dublin area. Each of these crews drove and climbed ladders daily. I was responsible for each of these crews and their safety. Works were completed to SOP and where these standards couldn't be maintained I was responsible for designing workarounds and solutions to ensure crew safety and client deadlines were both maintained.I was tasked with site surveys and RAM creation to allow crews safe access to third party sites for completion of work, including Hospitals, Schools, Building sites, Office blocks and private residents.I have extensive work experience with KPI’s and NPS, I understand and value the importance of these for businesses to identify areas where they excel and areas where improvement is needed.In 2020 I stepped away from the industry for family commitments. I became self-employed as a taxi driver to allow flexibility to provide care for a family member. This experience has provided me with excellent organisational and time management skills, Health and safety of passengers is my main responsibility and this is kept to the highest of standard in all situations.
