I help source high-calibre candidates for a wide variety of organisations from SMEs to some of the largest corporates on the planet. The candidates I source are mainly in the IT, Digital and Project Management sectors. I spent one day a week learning about how the accounts work at a recruitment company and using a wide range of programs.
