January 2017 saw me leave my position at EPS after seven years of service to the company. I then established my own independent manufacturing consultancy. During this time, I was assisting numerous clients in ensuring the successful completion of outstanding manufacturing contracts. Clients during this time included Samsung Heavy Industries and Technip.

Tasked with identifying new and maintaining existing client sales for Trant Engineering Products, specialising in Fuel Transfer, Water Process products and Electrical products. Helping Trant's engineers and designers develop products to take to market, ensuring that the products are developed and designed for manufacture in the most cost and time efficient ways whilst maintaining the product quality.

Trant Engineering Ltd are a company that offer total EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) working in a multitude of sectors, including Oil & Gas, Energy and Water & Process while offering multi-disciplined services such as Automation & Control, Innovation & Design and Manufacturing & Assembly.As a newly formed division of Trant Engineering Ltd, my role was initially to establish the division, enroll the new staff and help with the marketing strategy. Now up and running my day to day role includes:-Managing the staff in OMA-Designing and project managing the larger manufactured items-Liaising with multi-disciplined engineers to deliver a success and compliant productIt is my responsibility to grow the division while maintaining it’s profitability to the Trant Group.

While continuing my role as project manager, I became the Sales Director of Eastern Petroleum Supplies Ltd. My role also included the major contract negotiations as well as working alongside the other board members to ensure the well being and optimal efficiency company operations to benefit all employees and shareholders.

Eastern Petroleum Supplies Ltd were a company supplying fuel systems for 30+ years in various sectors, including Oil & Gas and Energy. They offered a design and build service, as well as a spares and maintenance package.I was initially employed with EPS as an assistant to the Project Manager(s) assisting in the design and delivery management of projects within our team, responsibilities included: Document Control, Quality Checking, Schedule Preparation, Forecast Preparation as well as tendering for new contracts.Within a year I was promoted Project Manager and Senior project manager within 3 years. As a manufacturing project manager, I was responsible for leading the design and management of the major contracts within our team, Project Managing Contracts up to £1.5m, advising the relevant internal engineers of the client’s requirement and liaising with the client/internal engineers over any alterations or deviations and attending meetings worldwide such as Contract Start-Up, HAZOP, Pre-Commissioning etc. My responsibilities included: Cost Forecasting, Schedule Forecasting, Tendering, Commissioning Reports & Testing Reports.
