Fully Qualified Butcher,In this position I need to prepare, butcher and serve fresh products, it is my job to sell meat and varies other produce but to also maintain a positive company image by efficiently and effectively interacting and serving customers.Some of my responsibilities at the butcher include things such as:• Making and completing orders catered to certain customers wants and needs• To have the knowledge of a vast array of products along side giving insight and feedback of new items to my boss• Learning to expertly butcher meat and produce• Being friendly and approachable to customers to make them feel at ease• Money handling whether it be over the till or on customers’ account• Communicating well with new people every day• Maintaining a high level of Hygiene and cleanliness
