Training and Development Manager• Management of all aspects within L&D for 80+ team members across 10 offices from new starter Sales Teams to Mid-level Managers• Creation, implementation and delivery of Futures Recruiters Program • Development of Strategy days for successful sales, Managers Day to gain further skill-sets and delivery of tailored sessions for successful outcomes e.g. sales, performance managementSALES TRAINING• 7 Days – Overview Day, Resourcing, Relationship, SPIN, Vacancies & Visits, Desk Management – Talisman Day (IT system)• Delivery of SPIN sessions – applying Situation / Problem / Impact & Need questions to successful sales and outcomes • Tailored sessions, developing SPIN to review Personality Types and the impact on successful calls – reviewing the need for adaptation to style and delivery• Progression sessions run on the requirements of Customer Service Delivery – identifying the 7Cs and Issue Management using LAQSAF• Objection Handling sessions – recognising the ‘buying signal’, managing the objections and delivering a successful outcome• Managing the outcome session – identifying the steps to take to ensure an outcome is delivered, matching expectations of a customer• Delivering a Strategy – reviewing the components of a Plan of Action, prioritising required tasks, implementing a plan and delivering the success / reviewing any further opportunitiesMANAGEMENT TRAINING / PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION• Involvement in Managers Day, delivery of skills / techniques sessions – Performance Management, Motivation, Management Styles• Delivery of tailored Managers sessions to review styles and techniques to assist managing a team• Development and full implementation of 9 Box Appraisal system - developing role specific expectations, scoring process for Competencies & Objectives and reporting for roles, offices and helicopter • Led discussion on the impact of the Apprenticeship Levy, meeting with SkillFirst Awarding Body
