We operate Western Australia’s premier cider house, Naked Apple Cider House, a family friendly restaurant and wedding venue set on 15 acres of expansive gardens and native bushland. A leading mining equipment manufacturer and servicing business. Our parent company Tiiec, manufacturing and R&D are based in China. Our Australian business, Atlas Australia, has a large warehouse in Henderson, WA. We supply a full range of slurry pumps and wear parts to large mining and industrial customers across Australia.

Cristal was the world's second largest fully integrated producer of titanium dioxide, with operations in five continents. I was a member of Cristal's Supply Chain Team. My role was to support Cristal's Mining and Pigments Divisions, by drafting, negotiating and managing all project and operational capital and maintenance contracts across seven locations in the States of WA and NSW. The activities I completed included new mineral sands mine developments and major upgrades to Cristal’s existing chemical processing and mineral separation plants. In 2019, Cristal was acquired by Tronox. The combined entity is the largest integrated titanium business in the world.

I had the privilege of managing the upkeep of Western Australia's grain storage and distribution network. CBH spent on average $85m per year on capital and major maintenance projects. Those funds were spread across 200 locations in WA, including 4 ports. My role was to draft, negotiate and manage the contracts that allocated the capital around the State. CBH is one of the oldest companies in Western Australia. With over 85 years of history, it is well respected. The role that I played in supporting the grower members was extremely rewarding.

I spent just over two years working in the Strategy & Business Development Team at CBH. My role was primarily a business development role. Our team was responsible for assessing growth opportunities for the business by conducting detailed legal, financial and operational due diligence. During this period we presented a number of business cases to the Executive Committee and Board.

My first job after graduating from university was with Rewards, an agribusiness fund manager. My role was to lead the development of horticultural projects in Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland. In my final year with the company I was promoted to Head of Berry Division. At the time, Rewards was Australia's largest strawberry grower, producing more than 2,000 tonnes of strawberries per annum, with direct supply into Coles and Woolworths.
