Starting the 2020-2021 season co-coaching the elite MN Select boys 17-1s team, where we have several 17 yr olds and a mix of 15 and 16 yr olds, all very much the best of the best in the upper midwest. I am excited to see these boys grow into Division I capable athletes as well as continue to be outstanding young gentlemen. Previously, I served as co-coach for the elite boys 18-1s club team. From that team, two players have gone on to play as first year starters for top 10 nationally ranked colleges, NCAA & NAIA.

Head Coach for the Minnetonka Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity Volleyball programs.

Responsible for management of men's collegiate club volleyball conference, representing 15+ schools and 18+ teams. General business administrative duties as well as direction for multiple tournaments during the season.

Head coach of the men's collegiate club volleyball program. The program has grown from 9 players in 2007 to 15+ players on two teams since 2010. Since 2010, each team has produced at least one all conference player (some multi-year), and each team has competed in the NCVF National Championships. In 2009, I was named the NIRSA Division II Coach of the Year

Responsible for managing sales data logistics and processing, sales and compensation reporting, and project-based system improvements for internal processes and infrastructure. Responsibilities included: -Global sales transaction data delivery, import/export processes, quality control, standardization and best practices. 100+ point of sale reporting partners, both manual imports as well as EDI transfers. Required working knowledge of script-based formats for EDI as well as core basics of automation via PowerShell, SQL and external Access database systems. -Strategic account tracking and territory legacy business reporting for quarterly reporting, quality business reviews, research on target accounts, business development, etc., for the global sales team. - Quarterly revenue reporting for hardware and professional services teams for compensation and performance; monthly revenue reporting for commissions and performance reporting for Solutions division. - Lead development and analysis of effective compensation plans to drive executive corporate revenue goals, including future fiscal year planning, quota derivations, applying best practices to compensation plan structures, redesigns and sales position ideas for growth and team motivation. - Coordinate with IT, Customer Operations, and Finance for process and infrastructure improvements, both internal work flow processes, data flows, etc., as well as customer-facing systems (such as customer sales portals).

Responsible for maintaining cadre of certified professional volleyball officials for assignments during the NCAA women's volleyball season. The MIAC is an NCAA Division III conference.

Responsible for maintaining cadre of certified professional volleyball officials for assignments during the NCAA women's volleyball season. The NSIC is an NCAA Division II conference.

Professional certified National referee for college volleyball. I currently officiate in the following conferences: Big 10 (Div I), Big 12 (Div I), Summit (Div I), Horizon (Div I), NSIC (Div II), MIAC (Div III), UMAC (Div III). I officiated in the Big Sky conference (Div I) during the 2011-2013 seasons.

Responsible for planning, development and production of OTP camps for college officials, from a grassroots level to Division I collegiate referees.

Nationally certified volleyball official and scorer for USA Volleyball. I also serve on the National Rating & Training Team, serving as a trainer for national officiating camps, and as a evaluator/rater for national-level certifications.

Chair of regional board of professional collegiate volleyball officials, registered through PAVO.

Primarily responsible for consolidation of sales compensation databases, coordinating data streams from acquired companies, and automation of sales compensation processes. Also participate in annual development of compensation plans for all Optum sales employees from a logistics viewpoint.

Department manager for exclusive year-round tennis facility. Responsible for operations of 18 courts and all lesson/event programming. Liaison with head tennis professional and 12 teaching professionals.
