In 2020, I launched my second venture, SERO. SERO is a boutique real estate brokerage and investment firm focused on primary urban markets in Colorado with a high level of expertise in the Lower Downtown (LoDo) Denver market. We highly focused on Urban Infill in downtown Denver and the immediate submarkets surrounding Denver. We are in the midst of rolling out a highly specialized multi-family niche through extremely well located sites that tend to get the cold shoulder from institutional investors (sub 200 units). As former Co-Founder of Sognare Partners, I'm fortunate enough to work with some of the people I respect most in this industry. Although we are mainly focused on Denver, we've completed transactions or consulting services in numerous states including some of the largest land transactions in Denver including Denargo Market and the land beneath 1144 Fifteenth Street. Prior to founding my own company(s), I co-ran the Private Client division for Avison Young as commercial real estate broker where I was fortunate enough to fuse some incredible relationships that allowed me to soon venture out on my own. During the trials of my early career in Commercial Real Estate, I coached football at an urban public school (Morey Middle School). With the help of some talented young men, I was able to help the school win its first district title going undefeated in my first year of coaching.
