IGas Energy plc is a UK focussed energy business. Whilst its core is onshore oil and gas exploration and production, it is diversifying into the low carbon energy sector. As Development Director, I sit on the Executive Committee and am responsible for corporate business development, including diversification, as well as exploration and development across.

Wind Ventures developed onshore wind farms and solar farms in the UK. I was responsible for formulating and implementing business strategy, ensuring ongoing funding of the business through establishing and maintaining close investor relations and day to day management of the business.

Olive Green Energy invested in wind, solar and biomass projects in the UK and Europe. I set up the business in 2007 and was responsible for all aspects of the business including recruitment, funding of the business and execution of the business plan.

Brook Henderson Group invests in a diverse portfolio of companies. I was responsible for generating investment opportunities, acquisitions, exiting investments and restructuring and refinancing of companies.

NAMCO was the second largest marine diamond mining company in the world, operating four ship based mines offshore Namibia. Initially responsible for planning and controlling NAMCO’s capital expenditure projects, I then managed the operational activities of two offshore diamond mines, with over 120 direct and indirect reports.

Hyflo South Africa is a major fluid power consulting and contracting business in Southern Africa. I was responsible for initiating and managing projects from inception to client handover throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
