Managing a specialised team within a call centre selling gas and electricity to business. My role varies on day to day, but primarily I provide excellent coaching and feedback for all of my team, handle any queries and administrate all calls. I liason between entry level and senior management team and act as a bridge between the two, assisting in applying any changes that directly effect the sales floor. I embrace the challenge of managing a small team because I feel that my influence and time can be easier divided and have a greater impact, rather than delegating. I love the hands on approach.

As a Clear Business Water Telesales Executive I am the first point of contact between Clear Business Water and potential new customers. I am expected to obtain qualifying information such as the customer’s current provider and current expenditure, and then create interest in the Clear Business Water product. I explain our services and the potential savings available and get new customers to come over to Clear Business Water.
