As a HelpDesk Specialist, the day-to-day responsibilities involved fielding queue calls from employees to help troubleshoot day-to-day issues. As a Ballistic Technician, I was tasked with testing and qualifying our products to meet the demands and criteria of the company. Daily tasks included; The tracking and recording of various performance metrics to ensure proper product specifications.Frequent processing and recording of data and information using Excel Spreadsheet.The ability to understand and adhere to blueprints using precise measurement equipment and final process checks.The ability to work with little or no supervision along with a fundamental understanding of the testing procedures and processes to supplement the ability to troubleshoot when a problem arises.

As a Team Lead, it was my job to set expectations for my team.
