Established children’s thriving and holistic learning outcomes (literacy, numeracy, plus social/emotional skills) as JF’s 2030 impact objective.Advanced the concept of the learning ecosystem through the development of reports and tools.Created JF’s Theory of Change and Strategy for its focus countries.Designed a Systems Change Architecture for deep and enduring transformation of education systems.Core elements of the architecture include an evidence lab; community-led collaborative change processes; and a co-funding mechanism. The System Change Architecture has now been adopted as JF’s primary mechanism for grounding all JF-funded projects in policy and practice.Designed and mobilised multi-million-dollar co-funding mechanisms in Ghana and Colombia.Overseeing the implementation of the System Change Architecture in Ghana, Colombia, and Switzerland, including weaving together key stakeholders and partners (government, NGOs, philanthropy and industry co-funders).

I conceived and founded The Weaving Lab - spinning it out of Ashoka - in the belief that collaborative leadership is essential if we are to address the tangle of crises we are now facing.The Weaving Lab is a global community of leaders who are advancing the practice and profession of 'weaving' for universal wellbeing (personal, social, and environmental thriving).We define weaving as the practice of interconnecting people and projects in synergistic and purposeful ways:1. connecting communities2. collaborating for systemic impact3. learning together4. embodying the change we want to see
