Finally going to make use of years of tertiary training and help make the digital world become more inclusive for everyone and maybe help some people find a whole new group of customers they haven't been able to work with until now. Access Advisors have passion and dedication for this task and I cannot wait to become a fully fledged member of the team, work with like minded professionals and still have more of a life to spend with family.I'm still passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoy being part of a team producing good food that is presented well, with crisp clean flavours and excellent sauces. I am at a point in my life where I cannot tolerate lack of passion, dedication and suppliers who don't seem to provide any service and mediocre product so have moved on from my previous position with ESS and Compass GroupI still absolutely love cooking - my favourite things to cook? anything! but especially seafood, desserts, bread, and lesser cuts because any schmuck can cook a passable prime - making the lesser cuts work - now that is skillful and rewarding (and profitable!...)When I'm not in the kitchen I enjoy reading cook books (and philosophy), fishing, hunting and photography. I've owned my own place once and arrogantly thought I knew it all - didn't fail but didn't succeed. Still looking for another opportunity something along the lines of a Bakery/Deli - who knows when that may come to fruition?
