Development and implementation of the Councils low value procurement strategy. This has achieved efficiency savings, improved procurement processes and compliancy.Part of the ‘Sustainably Swansea’ project team, analysing spends data, meeting with stake holders with the view to agree a strategy to achieve negotiated savings on current contracts.
