My name is Ross Johnstone. I am an energetic individual who is effective at multitasking and working under pressure to accomplish overall team objectives. I studied, computer networking and I.T support at New Collage Lanarkshire, at HNC and HND level. I then worked as data analyst in the finance industry, for one of the top ten UK finical services companies. This was a new challenge for me. I worked on a huge data migration project. This involved client’s data being transferred to a bespoke banking database Avaloq. After this I worked at CGI as an I.T Analyst, supporting users on a government contact. This involved supporting M.O.J users UK wide. It is an extremely busy desk, dealing with thousands of tickets per week. Also had role in the medical industry as an I.T analyst at Terumo Aortic. I then worked at EIS for a year I am currently working at Avidity as an I.T Analyst in the retail sector.
