My aim is to improve the experience of employees so that they can provide better experiences for partners and better outcomes for clients.Having grown a management consulting practice from scratch to multi-million dollars in revenue, I'm familiar with the challenges of small business. My experience in designing and building the operational capabilities for a new digital direct to consumer business within a legacy business shaped my views on the importance of effective interactions across traditional boundaries. At every organization where I've worked, my personal contribution has been to enhance the work environment and enable personal development for the people with whom I work.In my current context, that means creating the conditions for employees to bring their best selves to providing specialized support for people with a developmental disability who have additional needs, such as mental health issues.
