Started as a Senior Engineer working on the flagship platform Paradigm building in ColdFusion and .NET. In my first year, I was promoted to Development Manager where I took the Paradigm product and helped launch our Background Screening product. We grew that product from nothing to processing hundreds of thousand credit and criminal screenings, integrating with all the major credit bureaus and criminal databases.
