Race Force are a fun team who organise tours, training and bike transportation, making your life easier so that you can spend more time concentrating on getting fitter and racing harder! In 2016 I will be an ambassador for Race Force at the Always Aim High events- the Slateman triathlon, Snowdonia Triathlon and the Sandman Triathlon.

British Military Fitness Race Team is a multisport team formed to compete in obstacle-course racing, adventure racing and anything else the team is challenged to! We compete in the Mudstacle League and represent the best of British OCR racers abroad, in races such as the OCR World Championships. Our racers come from a mixture of sporting disciplines, but have been brought together through friendship formed at OCR events across the UK. Ross has successfully negotiated sponsorship deals, organised entry and travel to events and ensures all supporters are kept up to date with the team's success through social media.

Race team member with Tri Training Harder, a company providing 5* training camps in the Algarve, Portugal and tailored coaching. Sponsors include HUUB, Cervelo and Champion Systems. Achieved a sub-ten hour time at Zurich Ironman, 2013.
