Ross Mackinnon, Vice President, is a member of the Netherlands Client Experience Management (CEM) team and is based in Edinburgh. He is responsible for servicing and maintaining client relationships with Institutional and larger Retail clients in the Netherlands region. The CEM team (formerly Client Service Management) is part of the wider Client Experience Platform and in partnership with the Client Businesses, focusses on the oversight of the servicing of the firm's clients, including service delivery, developing service solutions and the enhancement of the client experience. CEM is a team of account managers that focus on delivering ongoing servicing for our clients, represent their needs internally and at the same time represent BlackRock’s service capabilities to the clients.
