The traditional agency approach of just buying media can’t get the results to scale profitably like it used to.Brands get stuck time and again trying to create the perfect ads. But the high cost per creative restricts the volume of output, and personal bias stops the biggest variety of ads being tested at all. By implementing best practices and analysing customer data we improved UX and increased conversion rates, retention and life time value.✔️ Running product level profit and loss analysis and overlaying forecast and budgets allowed us to set true CPA targets based to understand how quickly we could scale.
