I come up with internal comms strategy for c-suite and run it for them. That means owning the headline narrative at DAZN, drafting global emails and producing town halls (in person and remotely on Teams). I work with a range of business functions (with specific focus on technology and marketing) across multiple locations around the world. I run internal Q&A events with global stars (particular highlights being Anthony Joshua and Eddie Hearn) for our staff using a range of tech to enhance the experience for the audience in the room and online. I created the DAZN employer brand and bring it to life internally and externally through the creation of people-focused video content (I’m a creator at heart and love nothing more than camerawork, lighting, sound and editing). I do a bit of interior design on the side - I came up with our office branding playbook and have coordinated the installation of these assets in our London HQ and in our new flagship development hub in Hyderabad. I’m an influencer and enabler and love working with people. I like breaking down barriers and coaching people to communicate effectively.
