My professional career spans over 25 years with some of the leading companies in the UK. I have opened 5 restaurants with these businesses including Harvey Nichols, Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group & Tigerlily Hotel. I have overseen many refurbishment projects, the most recent being the development of Archerfield Walled Garden. My role with Archerfield Estates has expanding my experience into retail, property and land management. I am currently the Commercial Director for Buccleuch Estates Ltd at Dalkeith Country Park.
