Working one-on-one with students, focusing on individual learning styles. In this role I would foster positive learning habits and organization for students. Engaging in both creative and traditional approaches to learning (experiential and curriculum based), this role was extremely rewarding, especially when observable learning outcomes occurred.

A challenging role that also often translated into a rewarding feeling of 'doing good' after a shift. Providing one-on-one support for individuals who need assistance in gaining the skills to develop and integrate into the community. Some of the greatest work-related memories I have came from this position, as well as some of the greatest challenges. At the end of the day - a great job and inspired purpose.

I learned a great deal about starting and maintaining a business and the fact that I got to live and learn on a lake in the woods was perfect.
