Utilized AutoCAD to create and/or update central office floor plans per analyses of each spec. Also prepared customer equipment using Visio and other drawing formats by creating images, researching specifications for the customer such as physical dimensions, power drain and heat, part/model numbers, and other relevant information – updating database equipment with these specifications and images. Customer is presented with a Front Equipment View of all their equipment in their Central Offices online, 24/7.

Performed various duties in lab and field environments with test specimens from developing land areas for the result of Quality Assurance. Conducted field tests and collected samples to perform further tests within the lab. Used multiple machines and processes including, but not limited to: compression tests for bridge structures, compaction and readiness of rock, soil, and asphalt with a nuclear gauge, plant inspections, analyses of various material types through grading, viscosity, deflection, and other methods. Became familiar with City and County practices and regulations, making sure contractors were adhering to proper standards, and notifying proper County personnel if conformance failed.
