As the CEO and original founder of Intebloc, I have been passionate about creating change within the lifting industry. During my own experience in the field, I personally witnessed the challenges related to lifting. After I witnessed a fatality, I set out on a mission to start Intebloc and to be the leader in transformative lifting solutions and this is when Intebloc was born! To date we have been extremely successful with winning a number of awards; TechX Pioneer Programme, BP Innovation Award, Royal Society of Edinburgh Unlocking_Ambition Fellowship, RBS Scottish Edge Award, ORE Catapult Renewable Programme and the IOD Director of the Year Finalist for Grampian.

During my time at Trimble I was responsible for the European and African market where I had to grow accounts. During my time at Trimble I had to re-build relationships internationally to further the growth of their products. Built connections internationally. Formed partnerships internationally. The running of operations.

I decided I was going to start my career in inspection to gain experience in all aspects related to the offshore environment. Where I've inspected all structural through U.T, M.P.I, D.P.I and Eddy Current. I have a vast knowledge with drilling equipment while adhering to the relevant standards - which can change within differents locations throughout the world. As I work for a british company we take great pride in carrying out our inspections to british standards and safety as they are renowned for being the leader in the world. I carry out full LOLER surveys. Carry out concession entry audits on vessels to adhere to the clients safe work practises. I carry out crane inspections while assisting the client to meet their standards, API standards and our requirements. And many more. I take great pride in work and cherish the fact I make this harsh environment a safer place to work. I have an excellent safety record. Complied and contributed to Transocean, Dolphin Drilling, Diamond, Chevron, Shell, B.P, Seadrill and Pride's safety procedures.

During my time with Arco I trained in all departments to have an overall knowledge of the business. I was career driven to fulfill my employers, customers and my own expectations and targets. Through this time I endorsed key skills regarding business development, strategic plans to increase revenue, product knowledge and customer satisfaction. Account management was the difficult aspect of the business. I had great satisfaction when I won contracts from our competitors and maintained them. All these key skills gained I knew they would give myself an edge later in my working career.
