Worked in the hotel industry for several years including Reservations, Front Desk, Night Audit, and Rooms Division.Started employment at Resort Data Processing in November, 1991 in technical support and remained in this position until July, 2018. This position included handling technical support issues for clients, building new systems for new sales, onsite installation and implementation of new systems, remote and in-house training, creating Crystal Reports, SQL, and working with complex projects.Started new Sales role at Resort Data Processing in July, 2018 as a Sales Engineer and Sales Account Manager to maintain current accounts and assist fellow sales team. Have the pleasure of maintaining and building relationships with current clients. Work closely with support department to assist the needs of current accounts. Work closely with the development team for new products and new features. Coordinate client focus groups and partner vendor presentations throughout year. Frequently travel to visit current clients to build relationships and assist with their needs.
