In addition to this I have been involved in setting up strategic alliances with complementary businesses to establish mutually beneficial outcomes.The company manufactures, imports and exports with external customers and suppliers as well as internal companies and suppliers. The business grew organically until a first acquisition was made of Cashflow Systems Roll Manufacturing division and this was later followed by the acquisition of Premier Business Forms (NZ) Limited. In each acquisition I was appointed head of the companies and proceeded to formulate plans for the ongoing operation and marketing strategy. My major successes included the integration of the businesses including re-location of businesses from Wellington and other parts of Auckland to one major site in East Tamaki, Auckland that I researched and identified (now owned by the directors of the company) and successfully re-structuring of manufacturing and also introduction of new employment agreements for all staff.
