Reporting directly to the company owners, I successfully ran the Marketing and Communications department for the group as it grew from five children’s nurseries to include seven nursery locations, a property management business and three new restaurants. Leading a marketing team of two as well as working closely with a Nursery Manager team of 14 and Restaurant Manager team of six. Key Responsibilities: Developing and coordinating engaging content for email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp). Monitoring, reporting to stakeholders and improving overall content performance, engagement and reach across all brands’ websites and social media channels. Liaising with the Admissions Manager to ensure all nursery mailing lists and marketing preferences are rigorously updated to comply with GDPR legislation. Design of graphic assets and promotional materials (posters, banners, leaflets, brochures, menus) using Adobe Creative Cloud. Monitoring media coverage and addressing negative online feedback. Planning annual events for nurseries/restaurants and organizing corporate and charitable events across London. Providing strategic communication guidance to Directors, Operations Managers and Department Heads to achieve business objectives.
