While working at McDonald’s I have been promoted to Crew Trainer and currently working towards my next promotion. I am part of a seven person team who have to monitor the training of 80 crew and ensure each member of staff is up to date with current Food safety,Health & Safety and company regulations. During my time working here I have developed and Improved on many different skills, such as:• Customer relations• Conflict resolution• Team leading • Delegation skills• Inventory management• Shift strategy and planning

This role included management of food deliveries on a daily basis. Liaising with vendors to find the cheapest price for products, while maintaining quality. Also ensuring different food allergies were catered for and maintaining food safety was at a high level.
