Hardware and software support for office and association members.Establish a sound organizational structure for the Association office. Manage membership for the web-based commercial real estate database system.Field support questions for a membership base of up to 800 members. Instruct new members on the functions of the data system.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for subscription fees of up to 800 members on a monthly or semi-annual schedule.

Responsible for assistance in implementation and maintenance of office computers while providing IT support, which includes planning software and hardware configuration to a staff of 7 end-users.Field support questions on mobile devices such as cell phones and smart phones.Distribute and activate Supra’s key system to REALTOR members, while providing local support on the devices.Head coordinator for large real estate seminar that presents statistical economic information on both the residential and commercial real estate market around the Grater Baton Rouge area.
