Reporting to the President and CEO, the COO is responsible for coordinating the commercial, technical and regulatory aspects of the Blawn Mountain Project. Led the integrated commercial, regulatory and technical development of the Blawn Mountain Project, including the completion of the Prefeasibility Study, resulting in economics of 21% after tax IRR and $US 1.1 Billion NPV@10%.Identified partners and led negotiations resulting in preliminary agreements for the development of $640 million in infrastructure and utilities by credible third party partners.Developed and implemented a comprehensive regulatory and stakeholder engagement strategy, which resulted in the permitting of a $US 1.8 billion mineral processing facility in under two years, without any stakeholder protests or objections.Developed the strategic direction of the company, including financing, staffing and project development, in collaboration with the executive team.Led and participated in discussions with potential strategic partnerships with Canadian, American, Chinese, European and Israeli firms.Negotiated agreement with large sulfuric acid trading company for marketing of acid production from the project.Potash Ridge Corporation is a development and processing company focused on the becoming North America’s premier producer of high grade sulfate of potash.

Reporting to the President and CEO, assumed the CFO roll in addition to the COO role, in April, 2015.Led and closed the acquisition of the Valleyfield Fertilizer Corporation, which included a $25 million sulphate of potash development project Valleyfield, Quebec.Responsible for financial reporting and securities market compliance starting in Q1, 2015.

Reporting to President and CEO, the Vice President Development is responsible for advancing the development of the Blawn Mountain alunite project in Utah and supporting the initial public offering of Potash Ridge on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Managed the production of a Preliminary Economic Assessment 43-101, while working in conjunction with a development team comprised of engineering firms and other consultants. Developed the securities documentation and participated in investor presentations as part of the Potash Ridge $20 million initial public offering, in collaboration with the executive team.Developed the corporate governance structure, including the Board Charter, Board Committee Charters and Corporate Delegation of Authority, in collaboration with the executive team.Developed IPO valuation for Potash Ridge common shares based on preliminary economic assessment. Potash Ridge Corporation was formed as a mineral resource company focused on the development of alunite deposits in Utah. The Company was incorporated in 2011 (as New Earth Potash) and, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Utah Alunite LLC, acquired the exploration rights to a very large alunite deposit in southwestern Utah named Blawn Mountain.
