Analysis project that shaped the way Deliveroo now consider customer satisfaction, seeking to establish drivers of change and inform future decision-making.- Produced toolkits in Looker to decompose trends and evaluate brand and growth tradeoffs of possible changes to the business. Data manipulation in SQL. - Findings and tools presented to senior stakeholders: incorporated into executive reporting as one of six metrics tracked as part of Deliveroo's long term strategic goals.

Main project: strategic planning and creation of a new product line, as a brand extension from the local flagship product of an international brewery group.- Full management of project operations during my last month.- Presented regularly to directors in brand, innovation and marketing on client side, as well as nurtured collaboration with their R&D teams.- Rapidly expanded my knowledge of beer production from no prior experience, leading to me ultimately designing the product flavour profiles (product launched 2021).- Responsibilities included analysis of brand, market, stakeholder perspectives and portfolio planning; management of creative teams, communicating client’s technical and strategic constraints.
