I graduated from ASU with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering in 2019 and then gained a year of industry experience as an MCU8 Technical Marketing Engineer at Microchip Technology. In that time I created educational and technical marketing content to illustrate how to use various devices, peripherals and communications technologies, as well as the fundamental underpinnings of those technologies in easy to understand terminology.I then completed a Masters in Business Analytics in 2021 and use this for both analysis of customer behaviors, and developing embedded ML projects.In my spare time I develop embedded systems and am currently working on a LoRaWAN network for my vegetable garden which automates watering and has a dedicated localhost to show current soil moisture and environmental conditions as well as collecting data for future ML applications. I'm planning to test a scaled up version on a small community farm in Phoenix.I have also built various embedded systems for espresso and pourover coffee machines.While I was an undergrad, I designed and released two embedded hobbyist kits through Jameco Electronics, one of which was a bestseller. My Undergraduate Capstone project was a medical device to allow a person with limited mobility to empty their own catheter bag using an Arduino controlled mechanical device and a custom iOS app with Bluetooth BLE interface.
