Responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and replacement ofplant machinery (compressed air systems, heat re-claimers, boilers, HVAC, water softeners, etc.Provide proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all plant machineryand document all work performed. Comply with Federal Regulations and Company safetypolicies and practices to promote safety awareness in the plant. Perform root cause analysis forany abnormal conditions/failures; take required corrective and preventative actions to preventrecurrence of such conditions.

Supervised 24 hour maintenance staff and liaison with third partycontractors. Responsible for the preventative maintenance and servicing of all operatingequipment, including but not limited to: Boilers, Pumps, Motors, Glycol Systems, WaterSoftener Units, Dl Units, trouble shooting 3-Phase 480 voltage system, Motor Control Centers,Breaker Panels. Experience in new deployment installations; fluent in schematics and blue printterminology. Responsible for implementation of OSHA Safety Compliance Programs.

Responsible for the preventative maintenance andservicing of refrigeration and HVAC equipment of various sizes from 5 tons to 650 ton chillers,cooling towers, roof-top units from 80 ton combination units (heating and cooling) to 200 tonunits. Installed and serviced Commercial Boilers and walk-in freezers and coolers for Dominick'sFiner Foods, Jewel Food Stores, Edy's Ice Cream, Walgreens, Marriott Hotels and MarriottCatering at O'Hare Airport.
