Ross Z. Silver is a retired senior real estate partner in Fried Frank's New York office. Mr. Silver has extensive experience in sales and acquisitions for single assets and portfolio transactions, financings, leasings on behalf of landlords and tenants, joint ventures, property management and other matters relating to all types of properties, including office buildings, hotels, residential buildings and mixed use properties.Mr. Silver's representative clients included WarnerMedia, Blackstone, Tishman Speyer Properties, Empire State Realty Trust, United Nations Development Corp., Morgan Stanley, Coach, Inc. (n/k/a Tapestry), Sitex Group, Carlyle, AllianceBernstein, Waterton Associates, The Feil Organization, JEMB Realty, and Savanna Fund. Mr. Silver is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Valerie Fund, a charity providing comprehensive care to children with cancer and blood disorders and their families in centers at eight pediatric hospitals in NJ, NY and metro Philadelphia. Mr. Silver is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Healthcare Foundation of New Jersey, an independent, endowed grant-making organization working to improve the health and well-being of vulnerable, underserved populations in greater Newark and the Jewish Community of Greater MetroWest New Jersey. In recent years, Mr. Silver was a member of the Board of Trustees of Bridges Outreach, a charity that provides food, clothing and other needed supplies to homeless people in New York City, Newark, NJ and Irvington, NJ. He has been honored for his dedication to pro bono work, notably he has been received awards recognizing his work by The Legal Aid Society of New York City, the IDEAL School & Academy and the Girl Scout Council of Greater New York.
