Putting clients first and focusing on delivering the highest levels of service not only provided the foundation for my personal success in sales but also the methods and ethos I adopted as I moved into managerial roles. Increasingly I was spending more time looking at how automations, AI and logic played a significant role in increasing not just sales but also margins. This led to a broader interest in what technology could achieve in all areas of business, not just sales. What began as exploratory work, developed in to much more and ultimately has become my passion and calling. I have thrived in understanding problems and providing solutions through technology and improved workflows in all coroners of the business. With my wealth of Sales experience, I have the unique perspective of understanding what impact any changes will have on Sales and clients, and can adapt solutions to maximise benefits for all.
