Putting clients first and focusing on delivering the highest levels of service not only provided the foundation for my personal success in sales but also the methods and ethos I adopted as I moved into managerial roles. A firm believer in coaching as a powerful and effective tool for development, my emphasis and progression goals have always been service driven, which translate into strong sales and success at all levels. Increasingly I was spending more time looking at how automations, AI and logic played a significant role in increasing not just sales but also margins. This led to a broader interest in what technology could achieve in all areas of business, not just sales. What began as exploratory work, developed in to much more and ultimately has become my passion and calling. I have thrived in understanding problems and providing solutions through technology and improved workflows in all coroners of the business. With my wealth of Sales experience, I have the unique perspective of understanding what impact any changes will have on Sales and clients, and can adapt solutions to maximise benefits for all. If service levels improve, so do efficiencies in many areas of the business.Ambition drives me, my quest for perfection sets me apart. Change is to be embraced, challenges are there to rise to, and I believe that technology can only be the answer, if sound logic underpins it.I am a family man with two young children who arguably, provide a greater ongoing challenge than any business! I maintain a passionate interest in travel, and whilst the travel is less adventurous than it used to be, opening my children’s minds to new cultures and sights makes it as exciting as it ever has been. I am also a keen golfer and runner on those rare occasions where time permits...
