Warranty Parts Return Center Processor
Current-Scope of work includes responsibility for continuous improvement and issue resolutions with VW/Audi warranty parts. -Work cross-functionally to track and identify opportunities for increased communication with both dealers, engineers, field representatives.-Manage day-to-day parts processing, and shipping of parts to all VW/Audi regions. -Interpret potential problem areas and prepare and present solutions to management.-Coordinate all communications with field representatives and VW/Audi dealers.-Support supervisors with the daily business of VW/Audi warranty parts operations, voice of parts analysis, company profitably and growth.-Train and mentor new Warranty Parts Processors.
