I am an excellent motivator and I refuse to give up. I love new experiences and creating new experiences for others to enjoy or learn from. Throughout my career I have become obsessed with ensuring that the highest standards are set and that stakeholders think big and strive to improve. I believe that without the freedom to be creative, people will struggle to be successful and that this is the cornerstone of good management. It is imperative that people are well matched to positions, and that where there is a skills gap, good managers are available to fill this gap with training or support.
