For the past 10 years i have been in leadership management roles, I bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude, I endeavour to find the niche market and explore the opportunities with our customer. I enjoy leading and managing my team to utilise our strengths and enhance our opportunities to further grow ourselves our customer base and our business. I am results driven with a proven track record of increasing productivity, driving sales, reducing costs and wastage, controlling stock loss by maintaining stock control systems and fresh production. Always ensuring we have the right products at the best quality for our customer every time.I believe that part of being a leader at any level is to help your team to grow and achieve their own professional goals. I have been lucky enough over the years to work with and train many apprentices and staff. I get great satisfaction in watching and helping them to develop into leaders and fantastic people. I'm a butcher and food lover, Engagement with my customers talking fresh foods and sharing recipes and stories building those relationships helps me to provide better service and understanding of each customers needs.
