Working closely with the dailies colourists, I am responsible for the timely processing and delivery of all dailies to the editorial department along with any additional requirements from the Production or Post teams. Responsibilities include:- queuing all incoming material as per in house standards in preparation for LTO archiving- syncing and logging of all incoming material- experience with a wide array of camera formats including Arri Alexa 65, XT and Mini, Sony Venice and A7S, Red Weapon etc- transcoding of material in accordance with client specification, including any relevant watermarks or burn ins- creation of Avid bins and ALEs - use of EXD and OSD, AVID, Da Vinci Resolve, etc- creation and upload of any viewing requests including PIX, DAX, Media Monorail, etc- training and overseeing of junior team members

Responsible for the creation of all tape and file deliverables, my team works with the production department to ensure all orders are delivered on time and to specification. With last minute program changes a common occurrence, my team must adapt quickly and efficiently to ensure deadlines are met and both a swift and high level of service is maintained for our clients at all times. Primary responsibilities include: - Creation of all broadcast and archive master files – including DPP AS11- Tape to tape transfers and down conversions- Data management and general housekeeping of archival systems- Interpretation and implementation of Broadcast/VOD technical specifications- Training of new and junior staff members- Creation of new client workflows implementing Vantage, Vidcheck, Pipeline, Avid Media Composer and Final Cut Pro amongst others- DVD authoring- Liaising with Production, Online and Audio departments when necessary- Delivery via FTP, Aspera, Signiant, etc
