Working with Aluminum System Scaffolding on Residential/Commercial/QR/CleanCo Hydro around FNQ

Providing specialized access solutions for various types of Boarder Patrol and Naval Vessels to conduct dry dock maintenance and refits as well as some construction projects for local businesses.

No longer work on this contract, thanks to all my team and associates within Kaefer and Santos. I have now changed direction and working locally in Cairns FNQ.

Lead Scaffolder role on Shutdowns and Routine Plant Maintenance Programs for QGC/ Shell CSG Processing Facilities across Surat Basin.

Service provider to Clough Amec Woodside for all site access and insulation requirements on Yara Ammonia and Technical Ammonia Nitrate Plants- Burrap Peninsula, Karratha.

Contracted to Hertel Modern RRW Maintenance Scaffolding work 2/2 roster on Gorgon LNG Processing Plant. Similar roles and responsibilities as all previous contracts, reporting to Hertel management.

Supervisor/ SA, PTW Team Leader, Commissioning PTW/ LOTO SIMOPS Bridging for WTL/ Permit Authority. Roles and responsibilities to deliver access solutions for onsite operations as required for CKJV and HERTEL MODERN subcontractors during CKJV Construction and Commissioning-phase(s) on MOF and Processing Trains 1/2/3 and Utilities areas.In October 2016 moved to Downer on Pre Commissioning contract at the Inlet area. KPI to maintain zero harm at work culture and safe work procedures and reporting to CALWA, CKJV, Downer Superintendent(s)

On site operations management for all access requirements for various clients on the Inpex LNG construction site.Reporting to Superintendent and JKC management team.

SLF/ Jetty construction contracted to Saipem Leightons Consortium on the Gorgon LNG Project- Barrow Island.E/M/D Layher Allround System and Tube Clip Scaffolding for structural and piping installation on Shiploading Facility and Jetty

Safety prestart/ toolbox meetings, Shift Supervision- hands on+admin duties, liase with Site Process Control, Area Owners for Scaffold and Rigging requirements on plant breakdowns or preventative maintenance at Refinery/ Port + Mine facilities.Shift handovers for ongoing tasks, SOW and resource estimation/ production improvements, HSE policies and procedures ensuring a zero- harm at work culture. E/D/M Layher Allround, Quikstage + Tube clip, Mechanical Rigging and Crane Operations 18-20t Franna up to 250t Mob Hydraulic.

• Coordinate, Supervise and lead a team of 90+ Scaffolders.Scope Rigging and Rope Access requirements as backup contingencies.• Regularly inspect and certify the safety of erected scaffolding.• Develop and implement safe work practices related to scaffolding as required by Rio Tinto Alcan Australia.• Provide estimations and schedules for Routine Major Maintenance and Capital Projects.• Identify and implement constant work process improvements.• Interpret designs and structural drawings for all craft requirements.• Liaise with area planners, coordinators & supervisors for successful outcomes.• Provide advice/recommendations on scaffold erection and work scopes.• Manage project equipment and labor requirements to highest service provisions as required by client.• Audit safety procedures and maintain incident/injury free record. KPI Reporting to Project Manager and Rio Tinto Alcan.• Administrative duties ie: Management meetings, manning requirements, Team Roster & Leave Plan to maintain highest service requirements.

• Lead a team of Scaffolders to erect, dismantle & modify scaffolding.• Adhere to strict safety work practices related to scaffolding site procedures.• Identify and implement work process improvements.• Ensure incident/injury free focus and maintain positive crew attitude for successful task completions. • Coordinate and lead teams of Scaffolders.• Regularly inspect and certify erected scaffolding.• Develop and implement safe work practices related to scaffolding.• Provide estimations and quotes for Scope of Works if required.• Identify and implement work process improvements.• Facilitate communication with client(s) prior, during and post project.• Liaise with Supervisors and Stakeholders for successful outcomes.

• Supervise teams of Scaffolders on full time Maintenance contract.• Regularly inspect erected scaffolding.• Ensure continuous work flow during shutdowns.• Identify and implement work process improvements.• Ensure positive crew attendance record and meet target deadlines.• Liaise with area planners, coordinators & craft supervisors for successful outcomes.• Provide advice/recommendations on safe scaffold erection and work scopes.• Audit safety procedures and maintain incident/injury free record.
