Self Employed Management And Training ConsultantDnata Feb 2013 - Oct 2013Heathrow AirportEmployed on a sub contract basis by ASG to work with Dnata, to help plan, set up and deliver a new ground handling product for Virgin Little Red operating out of T1.Assisted with mandatory training of 45 new staff prior to the airline start up date of 31st March 2013.Mentored the ramp management team on how to deliver the product safely, efficiently and on time ranging from baggage sortation right through to aircraft push back.Supported ongoing training after start up and successfully trained 13 push back drivers between the months of June and October. - After helping with the setup, figures showed that we turned a total 2689 aircraft between 31st March and 31st October incurring only 5 delays attributable to the ramp in this time, giving an unrivalled on time performance figure of 99.8% using less than 16 man hours per turn. -
