Bachelor degree in Automation-10 years of experience in IC industry (Program management of IC products including: storage, networking, power management)- Hands on experience in product and process development, process integration, product and process engineering, discrete power testing, analog testing, digital testing.- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, also in Mandarin.- Self-motivated people with good communication skill. Tend to think from the big picture and foresee the future.- Specialties: Program and Project Management, Planning, Customer communicating , Co-work with sales and marketing people, Cost and margin evaluation.
