I am the contact person for various LeasePlan insurance managers and staff, along with claim handlers across 7 countries in Europe including, Spain, France and Germany to name a few, building strong business relationships with these people.I have to process various different IPT and tax payments and returns on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the requirements in each of my countries. This is a critical part of my role as any delays or errors could result in fines or penalties for our business. I process, analyse and identify erroneous entries in the Claims Bordereau submitted on a monthly basis by our various claim handlers and query any such errors or anomalies with the claim handler. Along with analysing the claims bordereau, I am also responsible for processing the claim invoices which we receive on a monthly basis and ensuring that these get paid within the required timeframe.I also have to analyse, review and consolidate Fleet & Premium submissions from all countries under my management to meet reporting timeframes and create and issue invoices based on the data received and send them to my countries for payment. There are various other ad-hoc requirements that I must complete as well as working and assisting other departments within the company such as being involved in new business projects, responding to queries from our clients, both internal LeasePlan clients as well as external claim handlers.I am responsible for reviewing and approving various invoices, processed by other team members.

Working closely with LeasePlan Insurance Senior Solicitor and Head of Legal, Risk & Compliance tracking legal and compliance tasks and costs on a daily basis both internally and externally.Constantly communicating with different departments internally and with external firms tracking various projects and making sure tasks are completed on time.Responsible for maintaining, updating and verifying a number of logs for the department.Completed information security training course and work on information security in LeasePlan Insurance which involves conducting risk assessments, reporting information security incidents and communicating closely with our IT department.

Worked on the admin customer service team where I was reading and verifying documents that customers would send in in relation to their home, car and van insurance policies. We had to make sure all the documents were correct and complete for the customers policy to be finalized. This involved regular correspondence and communication with customers when they would send in the incorrect documents or information, as we would need to communicate to the customer in a friendly and professional way, what the correct documents need to be for them to send in in order to finalize their policy. As part of reviewing the documents, we also had to make outbound calls to customers as a reminder of the outstanding documents we were waiting to receive from them.Moved on to the customer service phone team where I took incoming calls from customers regarding their insurance policy and assisted them with any questions, queries or problems they may have had.It was a fast pace environment and I had to deal with some difficult situations on the phone which I felt I overcome and enjoyed the experience of working at Chill and interacting with customers.

Worked as a tactical merchandiser for companies such as Mars and Britvic where I set up and maintained displays of our clients products.I was constantly dealing with store managers and sales representative on a daily basis to ensure the best display was arranged and everything was to their satisfaction. I occasionally had to re arrange, change and execute a new planogram of a section of the store in order to acquire better shelf space for our clients and to make it look visually better and easier for the customers.

I worked as a host in the busiest and best Irish bar in San Diego where I provided very friendly customer service and greetings. I assisted the servers, bartenders and security on a regular basis as well as organising the restaurant and preparing for reservations, big parties and live entertainment. I also helped out with marketing and social media as well as promoting different events in the bar/restaurant and making presentations to customers about the history of the place. I really enjoyed the work and meeting new people as I am a people person.

I was responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of Lucozade stock was provided for in stores and at festivals in the Leinster territory.Helped with securing merchandise deals and sales with store managers in order to get more shelf space for the Lucozade range in an attempt to increase sales of Lucozade products.Attended promotional events that weren't directly linked with Lucozade and pushed the Lucozade range by putting up displays at the events and push the Lucozade brand.
