SURfACE Architecture & Design specializes in providing intimate boutique design for residential and small scale commercial projects.

Artech is the largest and one of the oldest architecture firms in the Chattanooga area, with more than thirty years of designing, we strive to be ahead of the the competition in our field. With focus on design and sustainability, we are involved in multiple facets of architecture from new construction to restoration and renovation. Within the company I have been able to provide photo-realistic renderings using SketchUp and to offer clients the opportunity to experience their project before it has begun construction. I have also been on a team of drafters that focus in AutoCAD and Revit in order to produce high quality construction documents that portray our vision quickly and effectively to the general contractors in the field. This has allowed me to work both in plan and section from design through submittal and receive experienced feedback from licensed architects during all phases of construction.

I provide one on one interaction with customers looking for the best possible gear for their outdoor experience. We are expected to walk these customers through the gear fit process for all of their backpacking, climbing and running needs. With this comes the necessity to know all of the product in the store and the ability to explain the proper uses of the item so that the customer can stay safe and comfortable in the back country.

The Outdoor Source is a small local business that provides all of the climbing, backpacking and paddling products to greater Columbus area. We must know the product that we are selling and the proper uses for it so that when a customer walks through the doors, we are able to find the right product to suit their adventuring needs.

I was in charge of reaching out to past alumni of The Ohio State University to update them on different projects that were ongoing around the school, as well as ask them to make small donations to keep our school advancing forward.
