Oversee all financial aspects of the operating budget including state contract billing, 3rd party clinical insurance billing, special education school billing, payroll for approximately 200 employees, accounts payable, financial audit, benefit plan audits, UFR preparation/filing and all other regulatory filings. I also oversee facilities of an 8-acre 100+ year old campus, information technology/cyber security, records management, and act as the financial compliance officer.

• Manages the Monthly close, prepares internal and external Financial Reports for the organization, and presents results to the leadership team.• Contribute to the organization meeting its strategic objectives by assisting administrators and department heads in conducting financial analysis of current results and new proposed initiatives.• Prepare consolidated financial information including cash flow projections, incorporating relevant assumptions.• Work with external auditors to oversee quarterly and annual audits• Implement, maintain and audit internal financial controls, policies, procedures, and processes as appropriate• Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting.• Maintains and owns excellent working relationships with various members of management from other departments, including Legal, Office of Sponsored Research and Human Resources.• Possess a demonstrated track record of team development and talent development
